Hotel Splendide truly lives up to its name, exceeding all expectations and providing a memorable experience for my elderly parents and me. The staff's attentive care for my parents' needs was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure their comfort throughout our stay. The ironing facilities in our room were a lifesaver, allowing us to quickly touch up our outfits before exploring the picturesque terrace with its cozy garden furniture. The heating in the room was perfect, keeping us warm and snug after a long day of hiking in the Swiss Alps. The complimentary toiletries were a luxurious touch, adding to the overall comfort and pampering feel of our stay. We enjoyed relaxing in front of the flat-screen TV, unwinding after a day of adventure while resting our tired feet on the plush carpeted floor. Hotel Splendide's attention to detail truly made our stay exceptional, and we look forward to returning to this Alpine gem in the future.
